2. Services
INTERNATIONAL TERROIR MILANO LTD provides consulting and support services relating to the recovery of funds lost through fraudulent trading platforms, unauthorized brokers and financial fraud. No specific result or recovery can be guaranteed.
3. Packages & Fees
Services are offered in transparent packages (Basic, Standard, Advanced, Premium VIP). Fees are invoiced via email and payable by bank transfer or other secure, documented methods.
4. Client Obligations
The client undertakes to provide complete and truthful information and all documents required for the handling of the case.
5. Liability
INTERNATIONAL TERROIR MILANO LTD is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
6. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Italian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts at the registered office of INTERNATIONAL TERROIR MILANO LTD in Milan, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you a different forum.
